TL; DR
- Colorways for the Samsung Galaxy S22 range have apparently leaked online.
- The base S22 and S22 Plus are designed to share four color options.
- Samsung’s Ultra model is expected to be available in three variants.
We have seen a lot of leaks from the Samsung Galaxy S22 series lately, even though the phones aren’t slated to hit the market until January 2022. However, the leaks are far from over, like a reliable Dutch news agency Galaxy Club apparently received color information for all three phones.
Starting with the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus, these two devices will be available in white, black, rose gold and green. So those hoping for the return of this bright purple option might be out of luck.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra should be available in white, black and dark red. We’re pretty intrigued by the dark red option, although it wouldn’t be the first time Samsung has gone for a red color option as newer devices like the Galaxy S20 Plus, S20 FE, and S10e all got red variants.
The point of sale notes that things could change from now until the reveal date. So there is still hope when looking for different colors overall.
These aren’t the only recent claims regarding Samsung’s 2022 flagships, as other rumors suggest that the base Galaxy S22 is getting a smaller battery than the S21, as is the S22 Ultra, which again features a 108 MP main camera.
