Forza is one of the most famous racing franchise companies for games. Now you can play it on your phone. Kind of. Forza Street, a free street racing game that looks more like Need for Speed than Forza that you know and love, was released on Tuesday on both Android and iOS.
Forza Street was held in Miami and was launched as a free PC game last year. With Tuesday iOS and Android It is the first time that a Forza game blesses a platform that is not owned by Microsoft. As with other street racing games, it’s about scoring new cars and giving them all sorts of upgrades. Microtransactions abound.
The main business is divided into two separate series. Forza Motorsport, developed by Turn 10 Studios, is a Gran Turismo-like racing simulation that gets you on professional tracks. Playground Games’ Forza Horizon offers open world driving, with each game taking place in different countries.
The last Forza game was in 2018 Horizon 4. Next up is an untitled motorsport title (if I were a betting man, I would say Forza Motorsport 8), which will likely be released on Xbox Series X.
Developed by Electronic Square, Forza Street began its life as a Miami Street title before it was renamed Forza.
