Florida lawyer visits reopened beaches dressed as Grim Reaper

However, Uhlfelder referred to the risk of infection and its increase as the virus spread further.

DeSantis is a Republican, while Newsom is a Democrat in California, but not all governors who have reopened their states more slowly are Democrats.
