If you opened your Fitbit app this morning to check your sleep stats, you may have noticed that the app didn’t start properly. Well, you are not alone with this problem. According to Down Detector, there have been thousands of reports of a system failure.

Here, at Android AuthorityOur Fitbit apps don’t work either. When we open the app, the interface loads, but none of the modules complete the updates successfully. This largely renders the app unusable as we cannot see our stats. We also can’t use the app to connect to our trackers, so we can’t make changes or updates.
It’s not clear how long Fitbit could be down. In the meantime, we’ve got a list of things you can do to troubleshoot common problems. Any of them are unlikely to work right now, but you may be one of the lucky few who still have a connection to Fitbit’s servers.
