Expect a crazy promo price for this flagship

Realme teased the wider launch of the Realme GT earlier this month, saying it was one of the cheapest Snapdragon 888 devices available to global users. Now the manufacturer has actually launched the phone in markets outside of China.
The new flagship is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 6.43-inch 120 Hz OLED panel, 8 GB to 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB to 256 GB of storage. The Realme device also has a 4,500 mAh battery backed by a 65 W charge. This combination means you can get a full charge in just 35 minutes.
Photography is handled by a triple rear camera with a 64 MP main shooter, an 8 MP ultra wide angle, and a 2 MP macro lens. Selfies are processed by a 16MP sensor in a cutout.
Other notable specs include a 3.5mm port, stereo speakers, GT mode for better performance, and Android 11 (along with access to the Android 12 beta).

As for prizes, the 12GB / 256GB Realme GT will be available on June 21 for € 599 (~ $ 726) on the Realme official website and other participating channels, with a promotional price of € 499 ( ~ $ 605) during Prime Day (starting June 21). This particular model will be available in Dashing Silver, Dashing Blue and the vegan leather-clad Racing Yellow.
The 8GB / 128GB version will be available in the meantime at the special price of € 369 (~ $ 447) via AliExpress, with this promotion from June 21st to 25th. The regular price is significantly higher at 449 euros.

Even so, a company source previously said Android authority that the global device would have “almost the same price as in China”. The phone was launched in its home market for ~ $ 439. So it sounds like the source was referring to the promotional price of the global variant for the 8GB / 128GB model rather than the permanent price.
The new flagship is available in a few countries, including Poland, Spain, Russia and Thailand. Realme says more markets will follow.
