Every upcoming phone available this spring and summer of 2020
Despite the current situation facing the world, telephone companies are still planning to launch new phones from this month until late summer. While some of us are tightening our belts right now, manufacturers like Apple and Samsung are still building phones right now and they still want you to buy them.
I guess we will see how well it works. Phone deliveries fell 38% in February compared to the same month in 2019, against a background of coronavirus problems. I can’t imagine March was better, but we’ll see. No one really knows how the next few months will be, but when it comes to the phone versions, the following is the current plan.

Samsung galaxy fold 2
Samsung is a company that bet foldable devices are the future of mobile devices. He worked on foldable screens for years before revealing his Galaxy Fold in February 2019. Samsung’s device, which extends from a phone to a tablet, caught the world’s attention, but quickly ran into problems.
The company delayed launch of Fold by $ 1,980 five months from April to September after some journalists screen faults found in their review units. This year, it is planned to launch the second round of the Fold, building on what it learned from last year’s disaster and from February Galaxy Z Flip. There are no specific details on when the Fold could launch, but some runaways suggest that we will see the phone from the second quarter.
Notable updates to the Fold could include a glass screen instead of plastic and a larger internal screen. Some rumors even suggest that it will come with an S Pen. Still, the coronavirus pandemic could postpone the launch, and Samsung is still struggling to make enough Galaxy Z Flips for potential buyers.
Expected release date: September 2020
Huawei P40 Pro series
Huawei’s P40 series consists of three phones – including the standard P40 and the P40 Pro – but it’s the hero, the P40 Pro Plus, who excites us the most. It is the first phone to have a 10x optical zoom, it promises to be a killer in low light photography and it has a virtually bezel-less design. This phone is expected to go on sale in June, but due to ongoing political difficulties, the phone will not come to the United States.
Expected release date: No release date in the United States, but on sale now in many European countries.
Samsung galaxy note 20
The fate of Samsung’s annual flagship stylus phone for advanced users is pending. Generally, we expected the new note to arrive in August, the guns blazing, with great fanfare and a splashing launch event. Who knows this year. An early rumor suggested that the Note 20 – following Samsung’s new naming convention for the Galaxy S20 phones – would appear from july.
It seems entirely unlikely as the world struggles to resist this coronavirus pandemic. Samsung May Host Online Event like rivals instead of the usual stadium or music hall. The company did not respond to a request for comment on the subject.
What East It’s likely that the Note 20 will build on the Galaxy S20’s main features, 5G data speeds and a fast 120Hz screen refresh rate at these high-resolution cameras – anytime and in any way it is finally revealed.
Expected release date: August 2020
Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro
Xiaomi unveiled its latest flagship phones the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro at an online event on February 13 for the Chinese market, followed by an international launch on March 27. Both phones sport a huge 108 megapixel camera sensor, which first appeared on the Mi 10 Note and was co-developed by Samsung.

Xiaomi says it will release the phones in European countries, including Spain, Italy and France in April, but has not announced details of a possible launch or release in the United States. In Europe, the Mi 10 will start at 799 euros, the 10 Pro from 999 euros. Under these prices, converting to US dollars would cost around $ 880 for the Mi 10 and $ 1,100 for the 10 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy A Series
Samsung goes all out on budget phones with its new Galaxy A Series line up. And when we say “budget”, we mean downright cheap in some cases. We haven’t actually used it yet these phones but hopefully it’s cheap in the best possible way.
The 4G LTE line, which includes four phones, includes the Galaxy A10 at $ 110, the Galaxy A11 at $ 180, the Galaxy A21 at $ 250 and the Galaxy A51 at $ 400, which follows on from that of 2019. Galaxy A50. Then we have the two 5G phones: the 5G version of the Galaxy A51 will cost $ 500, while the new Galaxy A71 5G will sell for $ 600.
Again, these are really aggressive prices from Samsung and over the next few months we will know if they are worth it, even at the lowest prices.
Expected version Dated: Available from the end of summer, depending on the model
Google Pixel 4A and 4A XL
Last year, Google launched its economical versions of its Pixel phones, the Pixel 3A and 3A XL. The devices turned out be a success for the business, so we are planning follow-ups this spring. Rumors for the Pixel 4A and 4A XL include the same $ 399 starting price for the Pixel 4A and the headphone jacks, as well as a new front panel perforated camera. And when in doubt, Verizon demystified a previous claim that it is draining Pixel phones – it will not be, and said it “will continue to work with Google”.

At the end of March, the Xiaomi Redmi sub-brand unveiled the Note 9S as its new generation economical phone. Other notable features: the very first selfie camera integrated into the Redmi Note and the four-camera system at the rear, led by a 48-megapixel main sensor. The Redmi Note 9S will be available worldwide, the company said, arriving first in Singapore and Malaysia with other release dates and prices for the United States to be announced later. Apple iPhone 12
The next iPhone 12, 12 Pro and 12 Max (Apple hasn’t confirmed the name of the phones, but we’ll continue with that for now) face unknown waters ahead – suppliers in China have already closed or are operating at limited capacity due to the epidemic, which can impact inventory in September when new iPhones are generally launched. Both have a 6.4-inch Full HD punched screen for a selfie camera, Snapdragon 665 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and run Android 10 with Moto’s well-thought-out extra keys. It has three rear cameras: a 48-megapixel main camera, an ultra-large 16-megapixel “action” camera and a built-in macro camera. It will cost $ 300.

Moto G Power
There is significant overlap in the Venn diagram between the Moto G Stylus and Moto G Power. See the Moto G Stylus section above for basic specifications. The biggest differences, apart from the $ 250 price of the Moto G Power, is that it doesn’t have a stylus. Instead, the Moto G Power has a 5000mAh battery that Motorola says can last more than three days of regular use after a single charge. There is a set of three rear cameras with a 16-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera and a built-in macro camera.
