Elon Musk taking a break from Twitter

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is a dedicated Twitter user, but takes a break from the social media platform. “For a while from Twitter,” Musk tweeted on Monday.

Musk’s Twitter account has more than 35 million followers, and by Tuesday morning his announcement was retweeted more than 34,000 times and liked more than 433,900 times.
Musk’s latest tweets are about NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley Arrival at the International Space Station he is on board of SpaceX’s spacecraft Crew Dragon has tweeted about anything and everything in the past, from Baby Yoda meme to Coronavirus opinions.
And he has legal problems with his tweets. He called the British cave diver Vernon Unsworth a “Pedo-Type” in a tweet from 2018 and was found is not liable for damage in a defamation lawsuit. Also in 2018 musk mused in a tweet that he could take Tesla privately what eventually resulted in a $ 20 million fine and Musk stepped down as Chairman of Tesla’s board.

Some Twitter followers have linked Musk’s recent space successes to his announcement.
