Disney streams fireworks to celebrate being halfway to Halloween Friday night
Disney is broadcasting its Halloween fireworks from the Magic Kingdom at Disney World this Friday night. Disney’s not so scary spectacle is used to celebrate halfway to Halloween. The fireworks are told by Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas and is part of Disney Magic Moments’ effort to keep fans entertained while the theme parks are closed indefinitely during the spread COVID-19.
The fireworks show, which debuted last autumn during Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party, includes songs from The Nightmare Before Christmas, ghostly projections of the castle, and of course Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy. You can watch the 12-minute show at 7 p.m. ET / 4pm PT on YouTube – we will link it here as soon as it airs.
Disney’s “Halfway 2 Halloween” celebration also appears on Disney’s Magic Moments website and includes Halloween biscuit decoration, creepy art projects, The Dapper Dans sing Grim Grinning Ghosts, a costume challenge and much more.
