Disney reshuffles Marvel movie release dates out to 2022
The Walt Disney Studios have postponed a few more release dates after that Delaying films midst COVID-19 Locks and quarantines, including two Marvel Cinematic Universe films. The Doctor Strange sequel was postponed from 2021 to 2022, but Disney said Friday afternoon Thor: love and thunder received an earlier release date that was postponed from February 18 to 11, 2022.
Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness will now be released on March 25, 2022 instead of the previous scheduled release date on May 11, 2021.
Disney’s other date changes are all untitled films – one unnamed live action that was scheduled to be released on March 25, 2022 has been completely removed, while another will be released on April 8 of this year. An untitled 20th-century film scheduled for release on April 8, 2022 has also been completely removed, while an untitled “Disney event film” will be screened on July 9, 2021.
In the Spider verse 2 was also delayed from April 8, 2022 to October 7, 2022, while the next Spider Man with Tom Holland was postponed by Sony from July 16 to November 5, 2021.
