Disney is streaming fireworks Friday night from the Magic Kingdom
Disney will be showcasing its Walt Disney World fireworks display on Friday night, the company said the previous Friday. The spectacle will be part of the company Disney Magic Moments strives to keep fans entertained while its theme parks are closed indefinitely during the spread of COVID-19.
Disney will stream its fireworks show Happily Ever After from the Magic Kingdom at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET. You can see the show here.
“When night falls, magic fills the sky,” wrote the Instagram account of the Disney Parks blog in a story with a countdown clock. “Visit us from home tonight to see this previously recorded spectacle virtually.”
The Disney Magic Moments website has theme park content, including recipes for its churros, its notorious Dole pineapple soft ice cream, and its Mickey Mouse-shaped beignets; virtual drives through attractions such as It’s a Small World and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad; a virtual tour of the new Disneyland Magic Happens parade; and Singalong time with the Dapper Dans.
It also includes the new digital series At Home With Olaf; Lessons on drawing Disney, Star Wars, Pixar and Marvel characters such as Baby Yoda, Elsa, Duke Caboom and Groot; and readings with Disney voices.
