We’re expecting to see a lot of Prime day smart home deals on devices from top makers including Ring, Google, and especially Amazon itself during the big sale. Smart speakers (like Amazon’s Echo lineup), smart TVs, security cameras, smart doorbells, smart routers, and streaming sticks are all great items to keep your eyes peeled for during Prime Day. This big sale is an especially good time of the year to score discounts on Amazon’s own excellent smart home product lines.

That said, there are a few things every shopper should keep in mind. Always do your research prior to the event so you know what you’re looking for and don’t feel overwhelmed by the number of deals. Even though you can never go wrong with any of the aforementioned names, be cautious when you’re shopping for accessories or other smart devices to add to your smart home from other brands.
