TL; DR
- A variety of new renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 have been leaked.
- The pictures show the rumored color schemes and redesigned elements of the phone.
- Interestingly, the renderings don’t include the S Pen.
We’ve already seen alleged promo pics of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 earlier this month. But a new set of renderings now seemingly confirms the design and color scheme of the device.
Published by 91 Cell Phones, the new renders were obtained from an “industry source” and reflect the design shown from the first high quality images shared by Evan Blass. This includes the smaller, newly designed rear-view camera array with a flash module underneath.
We also get a better look at the other corners of the phone. Most of the phone’s front is hidden by its outer screen, except for a visible hinge. Speaking of the hinge, Samsung seems to be reusing the system it first used on the Galaxy Z Fold 2. There is also a capacitive fingerprint sensor and volume rocker on the right side of the phone.
According to this leak, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be available in black, dark green and pearl white with a matte finish.
One notable omission in these renders is the S Pen. It was initially believed that Samsung would offer the pen with the phone. However, the lack of these renders suggests that it may be an optional accessory. These renders also highlight the lack of a visible S Pen slot.
These renders are hot on the heels of a big Galaxy Z Flip 3 render splash and an FCC list. All of these details point to the imminent launch of Samsung’s next foldable phones.
