Samsung will be holding another virtual press event very soon, just weeks after one was held to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 2. It was announced today that the latest Samsung Galaxy Unpacked press event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET.

While the company hasn’t confirmed what it plans to reveal, there could be a big hint in the full title of the event: Unpacked for Every Fan. This seems to suggest that the much rumored and leaked Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is officially announced.
Samsung Galaxy unpacked for every fan
Due to the rumors and leaked specs, the S20 Fan Edition could hit stores in October. Rumors have it that it could be a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
There can be both 4G models and 5G models, with the 4G version using Samsung’s own Exynos 990 processor and the 5G model using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 chip. It is also rumored to have three rear cameras with a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP 123-degree wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. It can also have a 32MP selfie camera.
The phone is also rumored to have a 4,500 mAh battery, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. Finally, the phone could come in a variety of different colors.
It will be interesting to see if this phone is the only subject of the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked. That could mean the company will be promoting this S20 Fan Edition as a flagship phone rather than a mid-range phone.
