Anker’s Soundcore brand has just released the Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro, which is the latest in a line of flagship earbuds. This new set of noise canceling earphones is suitable for all types of music listeners, from teleworkers to commuters. These earbuds use HearID to adjust active noise cancellation (ANC) in real time. Just like the earbuds before it, the Liberty 3 Pro houses two drivers per earbud for clear sound and loud bass.
HearID is not only used for noise suppression, but can also create a custom sound profile from a quick hearing test. That way, you won’t get stuck with the generally bass-heavy sound of Soundcore that the Liberty 2 Pro demonstrates. A Knowles balanced armature driver works in conjunction with a large 10.6 mm dynamic driver. When you couple this hardware with SBC, AAC and LDAC Bluetooth codec support, you get a technically impressive range of functions.

Additionally, the earbuds have an IPX4 waterproof construction and are a solid choice for the gym. Slim wingtips ensure a secure fit during any activity. You can leave both earbuds recessed while exercising outdoors and activate the transparency mode, which amplifies external noise through the headset.
Bluetooth 5.2 connects the earphones to a smartphone and increases energy efficiency compared to Bluetooth 5.0 peripherals. This efficiency is demonstrated by the standalone battery life of six hours with the ANC switched on. Meanwhile, a 15-minute charge gives the buds an additional three hours of playtime. The USB-C case supports wireless charging and has a battery life of 24 hours with the ANC switched on or 32 hours with the ANC switched off.
Let’s not forget the headset’s advanced microphone array, as microphone quality is more important than ever. Soundcore packs six microphones into the Liberty 3 Pro, three in each earbud. The AI uplink technology reduces background noise so that only your voice is transmitted during a call. Given that the Liberty 2 Pro earbuds have a decent microphone system, we expect the Liberty 3 Pro to have an even better one.
The Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro will be available on October 7th and is priced at $ 169.99 in the US, $ 199.99 in Canada, € 159.99 in Germany and Europe, and £ 139.99 in the UK. The earbuds are available in four colors: Midnight Black, Frost White, Fog Gray and Dusk Purple.
