16 phones coming out in 2020: iPhone 12, iPhone SE, Galaxy Fold 2 and more

Despite the Coronavirus pandemicTelephone companies are still planning to launch new phones. The launch started at the end of April with Apple’s iPhone SE for 2020 and will continue well into the summer. While many of us are tightening our belts, companies like Apple and Samsung are just building phones and hope you buy them.

We’ll see how well that works. Telephone deliveries decreased 38% in February compared to the same month in 2019. March couldn’t have been better. Nobody really knows how the next few months will develop, but as far as the release of phones is concerned, the current plan follows.

Samsung Galaxy Fold 2

Samsung is a company that believes that leaflets are the future of mobile devices. It worked on foldable displays for years before revealing its Galaxy Fold February 2019. Samsung’s device, which extends from a phone to a tablet, caught the world’s attention, but quickly ran into problems.

The fate of Samsung’s annual flagship cell phone for power users is in the air. An early rumor indicated that the Note 20 – according to Samsung’s new naming convention for the Galaxy S20 phones – would show up already in July.

This seems completely unlikely as the world squats to survive this coronavirus pandemic. Samsung may be hosting an online event like rivals instead of the usual stadium or music hall. The company did not respond to a request for comment on the subject.

TCL 10 Pro

Long known for its televisions and the release of devices through brands like Alcatel and BlackBerry. TCL is entering private label phones with its new 10 series, which should follow the blueprint of its TV line and offer value at low prices. The first phone is the 10 Pro, priced at $ 449.
