10 best minesweeper games for Android

Minesweeper Antimine best minesweeper games for Android
Minesweeper was one of the earliest PC games. Its history dates back to the 1960s and is still played today. It is a logic game where you have to uncover all the mines without selecting any. You use numbers on the board to determine how many mines are nearby. There are a ton of variations, but most seem to enjoy the classic 2D style with different board sizes and different levels of difficulty. Unfortunately, the surprisingly popular Minesweeper Q on iOS isn’t available on Android, otherwise it’s likely to be on the list. Either way, you have plenty of options for minesweeper on Android. Here are the best mine sweeping games currently available.

Guess-free mines

Price: Free

Guess-Free Mines is a mine hunting game with a decent premise. It’s great for beginners too. Most mine sweeping games require at least a few guessworks and this really doesn’t. In addition, it includes four board sizes, the ability to create your own board size, and various tutorials for things like strategies and controls. It also saves your click count in a 3BV file and you can play up to 20 previous games in a specific mode. Finally, the game has various customization options, including themes and other things. It’s a strong proposition in this field despite its lack of popularity. It’s also one of the better free mine sweeping games out there.

Minesweeper by Evgeny Karavashkin

Price: Free / Up to $ 7.99

This version of Minesweeper is, to the best of our knowledge, the most popular on the Android platform at the time of writing. It has most of the things one would want in a minesweeper title. It has three levels of difficulty and a custom mode in case you want something a little more difficult. In addition, it has decent controls, a social play function, a restore function, an automatic save mode, and a variety of tutorials for beginners. You won’t be blown away, but you will be itchy to play minesweeper.

Minesweeper for Android

Price: Free

Minesweeper for Android is one of the most popular mine sweeping games. The game offers a global leaderboard, four difficulty levels, a custom mode, support for tablets and much more. You can zoom in on certain places to avoid mistakes and everything will look just as you’d expect. In addition, there are tools that users can use to speed up the game if they want. This is one of the older offerings, but it is still relevant in this area now. Minesweeper Classic (Google Play link) is another decent option, but we like it better because it has fewer ads.

Minesweeper – Antimin

Price: Free / $ 0.99

Minesweeper – Antimine is a minimal version of Minesweeper with enough features to keep up. The game has three levels of difficulty. However, there is also a progression system that becomes increasingly difficult as you win and withdraws a bit when you lose. Some other features include themes, a clear user interface, game statistics for more hardcore gamers, and four different control schemes. The game’s algorithm makes every puzzle solvable with logic, so you don’t have to guess at all. We also like adding achievements and leaderboards. It doesn’t color outside the lines much, but it’s a great, simple mine sweeping game.

Minesweeper Classic: Retro

Price: Play for free

Minesweeper Classic: Retro is one of the strongest offers for mine sweepers. The game starts with an open area on each level. There are also four difficulties, a custom mode, over 40 themes, and above average controls. There is also a rate-free mode in which every puzzle can be solved using logic and strategy. Finally, it’s beginner friendly with its hint system and tap number function to show you all the relevant squares. The game makes money selling themes and that is perfectly reasonable. There’s a coin system as well, but you can earn coins pretty quickly in-game so it’s not a big deal.

Minesweeper: collector

Price: Play for free

Minesweeper: With the Collector, we’re starting to deviate a little from the norm. The game features strange card shapes, actual levels (1,350 of them), various rewards to collect, and three difficulties. Basically, you play levels, complete them, and collect rewards to complete collections. The game also includes a premium DLC add-on with over 700 additional puzzles. It’s definitely not a vanilla minesweeper, but that’s okay. There are many vanilla minesweeper options. This one is good for beginners and people looking for minesweepers, but with a few different elements.

Minesweeper GO

Price: Free / Up to $ 2.99

Minesweeper GO is another great title for a wide variety of gamers. There is a campaign mode where every level is free from guesswork so you can get a feel for the logical part of the game. In addition, the game offers three levels of difficulty: multi-touch zoom, a timer for your speed run fans, custom board sizes and difficulties, an offline scoreboard, themes, and even a cheat system if you want to be lazy. We also liked the video playback very much. The premium version of the game has a rate-free mode. It’s not the most flashy minesweeper on the list, but there is something for everyone and that makes it a decent option overall.

Minesweeper from Mindware

Price: Free / $ 1.49

Minesweeper by Mindware is a simple minesweeper game without tons of fluff or extras. You can mark mines and there are four levels of difficulty. Aside from that, however, it’s pretty easy. The free version has ads, while the premium version has themes, no ads, and a few other things. It’s a great alternative for people who just want a super simple mine sweeping game without any modernization. Surprisingly, the premium version gets updates more often than the free version, which we don’t see every day. The free version is linked using the button below. Here is the Google Play Store link for the premium version.

Minesweeper – The clean one

Price: Free / Up to $ 2.99

Minesweeper – The Clean One is easily the best looking minesweeper game on the list. It has several very minimal and clear themes and makes the game look really modern. Fortunately, the game is pretty decent overall too. Some of the features include auto-save, flag support, five levels of difficulty, offline support, and more. You can even change the interval of long taps if you want. The game’s excellent animations can also be turned off for speeders out there. It is aimed more at the beginner and intermediate level than the hardcore audience, but it looks great and is fun to play.

MiniSweeper

Price: Free

MiniSweeper is the only decent free ad minesweeper game we could find. It has a minimalist design that works for both high-end and low-end phones. In addition, the game has some customization settings, themes, an auto-save feature, and some other special features. You can create the board in virtually any size you want or choose from three presets. In some cases this needs to be guessed as there is no rate-free version, but given the cheap price in the basement we don’t mind. This is a good, simple, and free mine sweeping game.
